Twitter setup for HUBBA (aka @socialmediahub)
1.) Go to http://twitter.com/socialmediahub
2.) Login using this combo:
user name: socialmediahub
password: [use the password Cat gave us, ask her if you forgot]
3.) At the top of the screen, click on Find People
4.) Use whichever tabs/methods you are comfortable with to find, invite, or Follow contacts or people on your own lists on behalf of HUBBA.
5.) Email those people separately through your own personal/business email accounts to let them know you have Followed them on behalf of HUBBA and would appreciate their Following HUBBA in return. Tell them that if they do, they will begin to see Tweets from HUBBA regarding our upcoming Panel event on June 6, and that they are welcome to ask questions, make comments, and otherwise interact with HUBBA on Twitter -- before, during, and after the event. Ask them to please use our official hashtag #hubba so we can track the comments through search.twitter.com.
Let me know if you need help or want to walkthru this process together.
if you just visited this page, please send the following tweet to @socialmediahub

Ideas for conducting Hubba #3 (aka "Jim's Blog Makeover") on Friday, May 8 as a test run for Allan's June panel remote participation:
1.) All participants call in to Jim's conference phone line
2.) All participants log in to their own Twitter accounts. If you do not have your own, then log in to the group account Catherine set up at http://twitter.com/socialmediahub
3.) In another window, all participants will open and view http://tinyurl.com/socialmediahub
4.) During the call, Allan will live-Tweet the call
5.) Other participants can also Tweet but must use the #smhub tag (if you are using the socialmediahub account, you should also add a carat and your initials at the end of the tweet like this: ^AH)
6.) At the end of the phone conference call, everyone can continue to Tweet for a minute or two, so we can test the experience
7.) If this turns out to be interesting, for the June event we can invite the audience to live-Tweet the same way, using the #smhub tag
8.) On a screen at the event site, we can project the "live stream" as it aggregates at http://tinyurl.com/socialmediahub
[update: Tinker.com may offer a superior way to display the aggregate at http://tnkr.in/vc]
