Allan can usually show you a few things you don't know. He leverages evolving Web 2.0 and social media technologies to enhance user experience, add value, and deliver Return on Innovation. He's worked for The New Yorker, Rolling Stone, New York Magazine, Mediapost's OMMA (which he helped found), Thomson Reuters, ExecuNet.com, and F+W Media.

His clients have included Google, Microsoft, Oracle, Visa, Mastercard, and the rest. Allan readily admits he's not often among the very first -- to discover Second Life, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter -- but when the really big crowd arrives, he's there, waiting to welcome them.

He enjoys the moment when things cross over into the mainstream and turn profitable. A graduate of Columbia College, Allan is now completing his Master's degree in Interactive Communications at Quinnipiac University, a pioneer in online learning.
